I hate my neighbors. I believe they are a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids. I don’t have a problem per se with any particular person. I just hate that they are completely indifferent to how their actions affect us. Those people are rude and inconsiderate like you wouldn’t believe. We live in a cul-de-sac and these people believe that their property line extends to include the whole cul-de-sac. At times, they park their cars, not in their driveway, but in front of the driveway. They have their friends park their cars, not alongside a curb which is the legal thing to do, no, they park their cars in front of the driveway. Sometimes these cars are blocking my driveway. This doesn’t happen every day, but every week, at least once! Just today, that woman parked her SUV blocking my driveway. I had to drive over my neighbor’s lawn to back out. The armadillo, lil’ lamb and I were getting ready to go to the armadillo’s music class. I open the garage door and I see that woman’s damn SUV parked in front of my driveway! WTF?! There were 2 trucks parked in front of her driveway, not in the driveway, in front. So where does she decide to park? In front of my driveway, that’s where. I don’t know why she feels that she is so special that she can’t park alongside the curb where she is supposed to park. I walked up to the house and rang the doorbell several times. No one came to the door. If we didn’t have to go to that class today, I would have called a tow truck to tow her damn car. Aaargh!!
Another thing that makes me despise these people is how they believe that my driveway is public property. We have a pretty long driveway. We could probably fit at least 5 cars in our driveway. These people next door allow their kids to draw on our driveway with sidewalk chalk. Last week, it must have been prom night. I hear Aiko, our rottie barking for about 20 minutes. I look outside and there’s a group of people gathering in our driveway. They are having a conversation like it’s their property. Oh the agony of it! I just wanted to open our gate and let Aiko out. My dog is barking her head off at you people. Eventually the armadillo woke up from his nap. Needless to say I was pissed.
Being a SAHM to a toddler and an infant doesn’t leave me with a lot of patience for other people. If you don’t believe me, just ask B-Dad.
This is my warning to you, those neighbors of mine, do not piss me off again or I’ll give you the worst timeout you could possibly imagine!
